8,8:On the nose, toasted wood notes, balanced, with nuts, custard, caramel, spicy, tons of fruits like dried apricots, raisins, banana, coconut, citrus fruits, marmelade like, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, red fruits and peaches are, molasses is flowery, maple, pastry, brioche, burnt sugar, caramelized, baking spices, vanilla join. 8,7:On the palate, the attack is medicinal with glue, dry, balanced with toasted oak notes like nuts, caramel, cocoa, chocolate, coffee, caramelized, creamy, spicy with baking spices, perhaps allspice, warm, vanilla, fruits like dried apricots, raisins, coconut, peaches, some orange peel, as molasses is herbaceous. 8,5:The finish is long, quite dry, tannic, slightly furry, with sweet roasted oak notes, spicy, fruity with dried, citrus fruits, coconut, custard helps to diminish dryness. And then a pretty strong rum in the glass today after all. You really can't complain with this Belize. It has a light sweetness (caramel, vanilla, and chocolate), but thanks to the high ABV, it's very tasty.

Delicious rum that immediately makes you think of FSQ when tasted blind. Dried fruits, roasted wood, caramel, nuts, chocolate, and coffee can be perceived from nose to finish in varying degrees. The alcohol is perfectly integrated, making the finish really velvety.

Very nicely rounded, alcohol well integrated, for a Belize there is little column still character, less coconut than usual, leans more towards Foursquare.

Tasted at Spiritus Sanctus ‘26 Initially quite shallow and closed, but after a while wafts of coconut husks, maple syrup and roasted coffee beans appear, nicely intersected by spiced notes of savory and thyme. In the mouth a continuation of the nose: more coconut flesh, wood and strong coffee with an undertone of vanillapod and raw almonds. The experience is sweet, yet pepered enough to the point of being a bit spicy. The finish is sweet and oily, thick with heavily caramelised coconut, expressed orange zest and vanilla latte.

11 years tropical and 6 continental, a very beautiful Belize from Swell specially made for Premium Spirit in Belgium. Between coconut notes, vanilla flan, mingle some spices, dark chocolate and coffee notes. Extremely indulgent!

For a first time with a rum from Belize, I loved it. With Swell from Spirits, you’re rarely disappointed. The aromatic notes are just as powerful on the nose as on the palate, and the alcohol is perfectly integrated. I find this rum very complete and indulgent, I love it.

My first Belize rum. The nose is really nice, fruity with almond paste, english cream, caramel and milk chocolate. Palate is warm, creamy. We find spices, fruits, it is caramelized with cocao and vanilla. Finish is long and soft, with some wood. I liked it a lot :)
