Und dann doch noch einen ziemlich starken Rum im Glas heute. Bei diesem Belize darf man sich echt nicht beschweren. Hat ne leichte Süße (Karamell, Vanille und Schokolade), aber dank des hohen ABV sehr lecker.

Leckerer Rum, der blind sofort auf FSQ schließen lässt. Getrocknete Früchte, geröstetes Holz, Karamell, Nuss, Schokolade und Kaffee sind von Nase bis Abgang in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen wahrzunehmen. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden, sodass der Abgang wirklich samtig ist.

Sehr schön rund, Alkohol gut eingebunden, für einen Belize wenig Kolonne vorhanden, weniger Kokos als sonst, geht eher in Richtung Foursquare.

11 ans tropical et 6 en continental, un très beau Belize de chez Swell spécialement conçu pour Premium Spirit en belgique. Entre les notes de coco, de flanc à la vanille, se mêlent quelques épices, du chocolat noir et des notes de café. Extrêmement gourmand !

Pour une première avec un rhum du Belize, j’ai adoré. Avec Swell de Spirits, on est rarement déçu. Les notes aromatiques sont tout aussi puissantes au nez qu’en bouche, et l’alcool est parfaitement intégré. Je trouve ce rhum très complet et gourmand, j’adore.

My first Belize rum. The nose is really nice, fruity with almond paste, english cream, caramel and milk chocolate. Palate is warm, creamy. We find spices, fruits, it is caramelized with cocao and vanilla. Finish is long and soft, with some wood. I liked it a lot :)
