#6673 21.04.2026 Relaxing with some samples while watching Body Cam on Max. This is a very nice unaged rhum bottling with a pretty OK price tag in my mind. A very fresh rum with nice floral and fruity notes and light honey.

The nose shows amazing sugar cane and yeast.

First time we experience byodinamic approach, with a full moon harvest too, to shape this white like a guadeloupean garden, I used same sugarcanes yeasts, resulting in the perfect sugarcane intensity and sweetness reflection.
