The nose is complex and inviting, fruity, salty, mild. The taste is completely different, dry, salty with pencil shavings and intense. The alcohol is well integrated. The finish is long. As a Ti Punch, rather dry with grassy notes and very intense. The nose turns vegetal. The lime is not noticeable. This Agricole is very dominant with a slight sharpness. More for connoisseurs. I would recommend this Agricole more neat, as an aperitif or digestif.

Magnificent white rum. Full of sweetness, fruits but also a vegetal side, olive, pepper. Superb product.

Right after pouring, the nose first reveals intense tropical fruits like mango and papaya. Then melon and grape. If you give the rum some time in the glass, the initial impression fades and green agricole-typical notes like sugarcane, grass, and a bit of olive come forward. Overall, the rum feels velvety, gentle with a hint of funk. On the palate, intense grassy notes dominate along with some tropical fruits again. The rum is dry and elegant but less complex than the aroma suggests. In summary, it can be said to be an ideal and elegant aperitif rum.
