260516: Second tasting and this bottle grows on me and I bump it quite a few points.

Very good, I didn't have too high expectations since it's an eleve sous bois but I had to change my mind. You immediately notice the fresh green sugarcane and a touch of minerality. The barrel toasting is also excellent, giving it a bit more personality. Not bad at all, good structure. Spot on.
