And on we go with the Wagemut Advent calendar. Great experiment, I think. But this one is among the worse in the calendar. Spices, especially pepper, are noticeable, but also a bit of whisky. For me, though, it's too bitter.

Relatively alcoholic, a bit of vanillin, but above all a (rather unnatural) sweetness. Seems sweetened.

Very special, very tannic, lots of wood and pepper from start to finish. Strangely, when I tried it in Wagemut's Advent calendar, it didn't seem so harsh to me... honestly, I don't see any reason to buy it unless you really like this tannin and pepper combo.
