Review by Jack M
Sour cherry, green peppers and copper on the nose. Green peppers, wood, pepper, cumin and ginger on the palate. Dry mouth feel. Good stuff
Review by Henry Davies
A real green pepper rum. Nose brings fruit and copper with saddle. Mouth more medical, green pepper and some marzipan and olive. Finish is medium but more green vegetal notes with some spice and arak. It’s not great and a bit flat. Feels like an emerging rum rather than something well put together. Hit and miss

Expert review by The Fat Rum Pirate
Read full review →It’s a well‑chosen cask from a distillery that knows what it’s doing, bottled at a strength that lets the flavours actually show up to work. It’s interesting without being weird, fruity without being childish, and strong without being aggressive. Complex and very interesting. Really enjoyed this one.
