Certainly not bad but for me quite a monotonous Agricole. On the nose and palate, you taste sugarcane, wood, and spices, complemented by a vegetal note that turns earthy in the finish. No fruit aromas detectable here. Alcohol well integrated.

Unmistakably St. James, but unfortunately not an outstanding bottling. The alcohol is poorly integrated, even after a longer resting period. The rum is very spicy, with vegetal notes. Overall, it doesn't feel balanced, the alcohol and herbal spice are too dominant.

Nice typical Saint James with beautiful cask notes, but unfortunately also quite grassy notes, which I'm not really into.
