2nd tasting on 26.06.2026 RX 26166 New Yarmouth Romhatten barrel sample. Gift from Mr. S Hansen. Nose: Classic NY funk, powerful with dark depth, burnt nuts, pepper, and caramel. Dried fruit date raisin, oak. In the glass: Light oak, nuts, and caramel. Tasting “In the Cave”

#7116 01.08.2026 Got this nice sample from my very good rum friend Flemming Kraemmer and now it is time to give it a go. Medium to intense profile with nice overripe fruits, spice, caramel, light salt, roasted wood and some rubber.
