Nice FSQ with a distinctive coconut note. If you're looking for a classic FSQ, this is probably the one. Considering the price, a really good product that works perfectly as an easy sipper.

Tasted at Rhumfest Paris 2026. First stand visited. Interesting to compare with the 2011 Foursquare release. Here, a reduced version that really highlights a lot of caramelized sweetness and coconut. Easy to drink. Very good as an opener!

Typische Foursquare Nase intensiv Karamell Kokosnuss Vanille und Schokolade. Am Gaumen Ähnlich generell wenig Frucht dafür top eingebundener Alkohol. Abgang sehr lecker mit viel Kokosnuss und Schokolade.

Tasted at the Rhum Fest Paris 2026. I was hoping to see this rum at the Swell booth and I was not disappointed. It's exactly what I expected from this Foursquare. A crazy indulgence, a clear woody backbone. A nice roasted coconut to enhance it all. And for once, under 60°. Top!

Alkohol ist erstaunlich gut eingebunden, viel Vanillin aus einem Bourbon Fass. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob dieser tropisch gereift ist.

Tasted during Rhum Fest Paris 2026. This one was a very good Barbados,, although classic in style without any surprise, as it's often the case with Foursquare. It's intense and well balanced, quite enjoyable.

Heller Bernstein. In der Nase sofort die klassischen Foursquare-Aromen. In diesem Fall mit kräftige Kokosnuss/Karamell Anteilen. Dazu brauner Zucker und Eiche. Am Gaumen setzt sich diese Aromatik fort. Etwas mehr in die würzige und holzige Abteilung gehend. Insgesamt recht süss wirkend, keine Überraschungen. Kann man so wegschlürfen ohne grosses Sinnieren über das was im Glas ist.
