It's Single Cask realize for Ukrainian project, what called Drink Setter by Siplo. Let's try. Nose: Wow, bright aromas of coconut, glue, caramel, white chocolate, vanilla, mace, toasted oak, roasted almonds, raisins, overriped fruits and touch of solvents (maybe, 'cause high alcohol). Palate: Rich, strong, sweet. Caramel, coconut, anise, white chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, butterscotch, fudge, biscuits. Some barrel, dry figs & hint of leather on the finish. Aftertaste: long & still have little sweetness. Coconut dominate all time. Some leather & spices going through coconut and vanilla caramel. Conclusion: I don't know why, but it's tasty )) Absolutely typical rum taste: look like Belize or some samples from Foursquare, but more simple. This rum still have a good balance & interesting taste. It's not the best, but tasty.

What’s pleasantly surprising is the absence of an overpowering alcoholic note on the nose, especially considering the rum’s impressive strength. On the first inhale, the aroma opens with clear notes of caramel, a touch of esters, and freshly cut coconut. The second breath reveals lacquer thinner alongside the tartness of overripe, slightly fermenting mango. The palate is unexpectedly soft and beautifully aligned with the impressions from the nose. Dark fruits, overripe plum, and nougat unfold first, followed by the inevitable warmth of the high ABV slowly descending through the body. The finish is medium in length, though the slightly bitter caramel note lingers longer than the rest. At the end - the luck of extra complexity and straightforwarding is a bit disappointing. But the cask, the ABV and the taste - the things you will definitely enjoy in this one. P.S. the empty glass at the morning after is almost too good to wash 🤭
