Chairmans John Dore with 2-year Sauternes wine finish. Actually, the Sauternes cask is noticeable but not too dominant. John Dore shows off saffron, smoke, and roasted aromas, along with some overripe mango and peach. The Sauternes cask adds a nice oily sweetness and texture and fits in well. Alcohol is well integrated! A nice thing, though not a huge highlight.
