Orange marmalade in the initial smell and oak. A little caramel. Pours dark amber. A lot of wood in the mouth and a richer caramel, almost syrupy in texture. Some papaya, overripe mango here as well, but those are light. Bitter oak burn sits on your tongue for a spell—long finish. Had a taste at Green Zone, who commissioned it. 8.3
