Foursquare ECS XXX Penultimus 2010
Here's the twist: this Foursquare leans sweeter and more syrupy than most of the ECS line, thanks to a Moscatel-style finish. Expect dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, orange peel and a dusting of spice over the usual oak. Several tasters call it less sharp than other ECS bottles. One reviewer felt 15 years pushed the cask a touch too far, turning slightly sour, but most found it balanced.

Amazing nose, But too old - coconut disappeared and the cask is too written in the rum - it starts to be sour because of cosk taste

adding something without taking over. It feels like one of those bottles that’ll just quietly grow on you the more time you spend with it. I will be ordering a bottle (or two) in due course without doubt!
