👃 = Le nez est vif avec la fraîcheur très végétale de la canne qui se marie bien au boisé avec de la réglisse et des fruits secs ainsi que des notes vanillée et minérale.. 👄 = La bouche reste dans les mêmes tonalités puissantes avec du caramel, du cuir et un peu terreuse. Sa longueur correcte débouche sur une finale épicée et saline avec de l'olive. Bien qu'agricole, ce rhum est différent d'un V.O. martiniquais au moins grâce à la variété de la canne endémique et à la fermentation plus longue du vesou (4-5 jours) qui font ressortir les aspects végétal et rustique 😋
