🌴 Comparatif Bielle Amphore – Kôté Terre vs Kôté Air Un coffret de rhum blanc Bielle où le maître de chai a poussé l’expérimentation un cran plus loin : même millésime (2022) même amphore de grès même degré (59%) même mise en repos (2025 après 3 ans d’aération) seule variable : le lieu de stockage 👉 Kôté Terre : enfoui à l’ombre d’un manguier 👉 Kôté Air : élevé dans le silence du chai Et en dégustation… la magie opère. Deux profils clairement distincts : 🌱 Kôté Terre : nez explosif, réglisse intense, tabac… mais une bouche un peu plus vive, moins intégrée 🌬️ Kôté Air : nez plus discret, mais une bouche plus posée, mieux équilibrée, avec de beaux agrumes Une démonstration assez bluffante de l’impact de l’environnement sur l’élevage.
