🌴 Bielle Amphora Comparison – Kôté Terre vs Kôté Air A box of Bielle white rum where the cellar master pushed experimentation one step further: same vintage (2022) same stoneware amphora same proof (59%) same resting time (2025 after 3 years of aeration) only variable: storage location 👉 Kôté Terre: buried in the shade of a mango tree 👉 Kôté Air: aged in the silence of the cellar And in tasting… the magic happens. Two clearly distinct profiles: 🌱 Kôté Terre: explosive nose, intense licorice, tobacco… but a somewhat sharper, less integrated palate 🌬️ Kôté Air: more discreet nose, but a more composed, better balanced palate, with beautiful citrus notes A pretty impressive demonstration of the impact of environment on aging.
