Sip it neat and you get a dry, woody agricole leaning hard on leather, tobacco and oak, with cinnamon and black pepper poking through. It reads intense for 42%. Vacation Caribbean September 2026. Pub Restaurant Bodlanmè Bar Marian on Martinique. This pub is also in our hotel complex, so it has to be tested. Also a very nice Agricole. Very spicy.

I haven't had a Saint James in my glass for a while, but I didn't remember it being as extreme as this one. Quite intense despite only 42°, which is impressive, but a lot of leather, tobacco and wood. I can't do much with that.

My first agricole rum tasting. It was so different to spanish & british rums I usually taste. It is distinguishable and interesting whilst completely different . However I need to find a way how to enjoy it more :-).

Round, clean, a good Agricole that lacks only a little fruitiness for me. For a fairly young Agricole a bit too unspectacular, but still a good, rich and complex rum, if you feel a little into it.
