Once settled, it's fresh and green: olive in brine, floral, mineral and metallic notes. This one will split waters. If you don't rest it it'll definitely will bite you in more ways than you'd expect. Once well rested it's a very fresh profile with some nice floral notes and light fruit. I tried it in a Coca Cola as well and it does really well in that mix.

A smooth rum with a rather light and balanced but well spread aromatic palette. The rum is floral, mineral. It is vegetal like a pure juice (Hay / Green / Olive in brine / Sap), fresh and spicy (Citrus / Ginger / Licorice), which contrasts quite well with some empyreumatic notes (Acetic / Smoke / Leather / Rubber / Copper / Peat). The sweetness comes from some ripe fruits in eau-de-vie (Pear / Dried apricot / Prunes) as well as some roasted exotic fruits (Pineapple / Mango). This rum is aromatically interesting and pleasant to drink.

Auch wieder so ein krasses Teil, wobei ich hier den ABV als nicht 100%ig eingebunden empfinden. Ansonsten sehr pflanzlich und floral, Olive lässt sich hier erkennen, außerdem ist er noch mineralisch und metallisch.
