Duft: Allerede ved udskænkningen, fyldes stuen af lækker sød overmoden gul frugt. Lim og neglelak fjerner, dyb og fyldig duft, overmoden banan, mango og meget ananas. Friske citrus noter. Let vanilje og karamel. Lad glasset få lidt tid ca. 30 min. Palette: Frisk syrlig overmoden ananas, let mango og banan. Let vanilje og karamel noter. Imponerende balance for sådan et monster. Eftersmagen er frisk og fyldig med syrlig funk, lyse blomster noter og let læder. Mineralsk salt, bittersød gul frugt. Spicey let kanel og rød peber. Fantastisk balance mellem alle noter, trods den brutale ABV på 75 %. Bittersød fyldig ananas, som bliver hængende fyldig og fed i næsen, nemt en time eller to, lidt mineralsk saltkaramel i ganen. Glasset: Bittersur Bourbonfad. Lette mineralske oliven noter. Det er bestemt en rom for “voksne” Den er i kategorien “must have“ til alle typer is og frugt desserter 😜 1th. #7070 20.07.2026 Time to give this one a go for the second time. Sample from my very good friend and rum Buddy Flemming Kræmmer of his catch of a lifetime 😊 This is a bottling selected and done by Flemming and he picked a very good small batch 🥰 A very nice rum! Intense yet very well balanced profile with overripe fruits, esters, olive, natural sweetness, floral and light medicinal notes.
