Ein erstklassiger Agricole bei dem die pflanzlichen/ erdigen Aromen neben dem Zuckerrohr dominieren. Fruchtige Aromen wie Zitrusfrüchte und Sauerkirsche halten sich dezent im Hintergrund auf, ebenso diverse Gewürze. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden!

Bisher hatte ich mit Montebello immer ein wenig gefremdelt, aber der Kollege weiß schon zu gefallen!

Ich bin positiv überrascht. Wunderbarer Agricole, bei dem für eine top Bewertung einfach der besondere Funke bzw. Komplexität fehlt. Insgesamt sehr rund, Alkohol gut eingebunden, schöne Balance aus den typischen Agricole Noten ohne zu viel grasige Noten, leichte Bitterkeit, Holz, Pfirsich, Kirsche.
