Tried at RFP 2026, shortly before the bottling date. I took some notes back then and hope I'll get to try that one again to confirm what I wrote. The nose opens on vegetal notes, I got some thyme, it's grilled but quite round. Palate follows on the vegetal notes, It's balanced between sweet and dry notes. Overall a pleasant rum, price quality ratio is correct.
