#7296 14.09.2026 Back from visiting our office in Copenhagen and today's bike training done as well. Listening to some nice tracks by Protonica, Captain Hook, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike and David Guetta while running some nice samples from Warehouse #1. Pretty nice rum especially if you look at the price tag at release. Intense profile with overripe fruits, ester, glue, varnish, spice, tannins, roasted wood, herbs, chocolate, honey, natural sweetness and a dry palate.

A tasting of 5 Warehouse #1 Legendary Marks with 52% and 4 years of continental barrel aging. In this review of the Clarendon representatives with Mark MLC. A Mark with the lowest ester content compared to the five rums. The color here is also a clear amber. The nose impression is the weakest of all the rums in the comparison. Light wood, light glue notes, light fruit. On the palate, a stronger aroma—especially after some time in the glass. The woody-spicy impression dominates with an underlying light sweetness. The finish is medium-long and the rum feels diluted. The weakest sample in the tasting by comparison.

Tasting date 13.09.2026 gift from Mr. D Jungberg. RX26438 Warehouse MLC 2022. Nose: Glue and varnish, minerals, olives and esters. Green banana and apples. Mouth: Balanced sweetness. Nutty notes, sour pineapple. Tropical fruits as esters. Salty minerals and olives. Green banana and apples. Warm sweetness. Residual taste is fruity but short, tropical fruit mix mostly pineapple and green apples. Fine light spices, balanced sweetness. The glass: Sour Virginia tobacco. Tasting “In the cave”

Great aroma. Pleasant fruity with a hint of green apple. The body is nice but unfortunately I feel it's watered down. And a quick finish. That kinda brings the rating down a bit.
