Eine weitere interessante Abfüllung von Holger Spahn. Die Farbe hier OK aber nichts besonderes. Bräunlich. Dann wird es spannender. In der Nase irgendwie frisch wirkend. Anklänge von Zitrone, dazu gelbfruchtig. Aber kombiniert mit markant holzwürzigen Aromen. Ich bin mir ehrlich gesagt unschlüssig ob ich es mag oder nicht. Am Gaumen sehr holzwürzig, aber ohne bitter zu werden. Am Anfang sind die Fruchtanteile mit drin nehmen dann aber ab. Die 67,2% ABV lassen sich nicht verleugnen und ein paar Tropfen Wasser nehmen die Schärfe. Ein mittellang bis langer Abgang auf den würzigen Elementen, diese unterlegten leichten fruchtigen Aromen bleiben bis zum Schluss. Mit der Gewöhnung an das Profil und den 2-3 Tropfen Wasser wird das richtig gut. Sollte man definitiv probieren wenn man ein Sample hat.
