Tasting date 08.08.2026 at Mr. M Nørregaards residence, together with Mr. Sørensen and Mr. P Chihan. Nose: Light agricole notes, cane juice light grassy. Light wood. Mouth: Mellow notes, light agricole notes are present. Well balanced ABV. Residual tast are pleasant with some agricole notes. I’m missing some fullness and a bit attitude. The glass: I don’t remember it. Tasting “At Mr. M Nørregaards residence”
