A rum from Barbados quite far from the profiles of Foursquare or Mount Gay. Here, it's closer to Jamaica with esters, glue, and exotic fruits. It's young and too little tamed for my taste.

Funky. Reminds me of Hampden. Little to no wood. Light sweetness. Everything feels a bit weak/thin. Butter association. Fruity on the nose. On the palate, esters dominate with the cask strength.

SITS 25 Made with the Vulcan. This rum felt a bit boring to me. There is glue, caramel, coconut and the likes but it seems quite one dimensional. There was no shift in flavours that surprises you or keeps you wanting more.
