Typical Fiji with the well-known dark, spicy aroma. On the nose, ripe fruits, wood, a bit of leather, and a slightly bitter note. On the palate, spicy and dry, with dark fruit and some roasted aromas. I suspect the dilution has cost this rum some complexity and depth. Still, a solid Fiji that works well overall.

So-so. Fiji is sometimes a surprise bag. The alcohol is moderately integrated. There's also a certain ester note that can't be denied. Not really my thing. Value for money isn't that great either. I've had nicer Plantation Fiji rums in the glass.
