Poured from a bottle that’s been open for ~3 months and is mostly full. A broken clock is sometimes right. This is a a rare stunner from Ferrand, despite their best efforts. One of the stronger and richer Fijis I’ve had the pleasure to taste. Strong fruit and industrial notes, along with the mostly tropical aging bringing those wonderful oaky notes, evolving into mint. Overall, a very very good rum!
