CoR New Yarmouth This Time No Colours for Absolutley Nuts 1994
Pineapple runs the whole show here — one taster only half-jokingly called it "50 shades of pineapple." A 1994 New Yarmouth at 32 years and 66.6%, so it's dense: chocolate, marzipan, burnt sugar and roasted wood, with a lick of salt at the back. It needs real time in the glass before it opens. Intense, old, and clearly for someone who already knows this profile.

#7305 29.08.2026 Tasted at the German Rum Festival 2026. Very nice NY with a hefty price tag, it is old though. Intense profile that needs a lot of rest before you give it a go! My tasting quick notes. Fruity, caramel, pastries, varnish, chocolate, marzipan, spice, roasted wood, light salt, coffee.

Addendum from the tasting of the GRF 2026. It still cost 299€ at the fair, but now it's "more expensive". Personally, as a New Yarmouth Jubkie, I miss the clear cookie dough note here, but otherwise a very good bottling.

Tasting note. At the very first sip, you recognize the classic 94er NY aroma. The pineapple is especially intense here. The high ABV makes this bottling extremely intense.
