Tasting date 14.08.2026 Together with Mr. D Jungberg & Mr. S Nørregaard RX00000 Enmore Versailles pot still. Nose: Rotten industrial rubber. Light yellow stone fruit like mirabelleplum and bright plum. Yellow vine gums, mostly Bassets. Mouth: Creamy tonka bean. Light bitterness, dried fruits mostly prunes. Residual taste is balanced and elegant dirty workshop. Nougat, burnt caramel. Delicious fine dirty rubber. Nutty sweetness, burnt butter. The glass: Light fine cask notes. Tasting “In the garden”
