Tasting date 14.08.2026 Together with Mr. D Jungberg & Mr. S Nørregaard RX26527 Enmore Versailles pot still. Nose: Rotten industrial rubber. Light yellow stone fruit like mirabelleplum and bright plum. Yellow vine gums, mostly Bassets. Mouth: Creamy tonka bean. Light bitterness, dried fruits mostly prunes. Residual taste is balanced and elegant dirty workshop. Nougat, burnt caramel. Delicious fine dirty rubber. Nutty sweetness, burnt butter. The glass: Light fine cask notes. Tasting “In the garden”

Tasting together with F. Kraemmer & Silas. 🇬🇾 Nose on an adventure👃: I sense rubber hose or old elastic. There are yellow gummy bears. Overripe plums. Tongue on an adventure 🥃: I taste overripe berries. Burnt rubber, light smoky barrel notes & dried prune. The tail of the story💫: a lovely balanced rum with a finish that lingers pleasantly! Burnt butter & dark roasted espresso beans👌
