Ein Savanna mit 23y im Fass, tropische Lagerung. Die Farbe daher ansprechendes dunkles Bernstein. In der Nase schönes leckeres würziges Holz. Dazu Trockenfrüchte und Bourbon-Vanille. Wirkt edel und rund mit schön unterlegter Süsse von gebranntem Zucker. Am Gaumen tiefe Fassaromen aus der langen Lagerung. Gut balanciert und ausgewogen mit der schon in der Nase spürbaren Süsse. Dazu leichte Fruchtnoten von angetrockneten tropischen Früchten und eine leckere Würzigkeit. Der Abgang mittel-lang auf den Gaumenaromen. Der anfangs mehr spürbare ABV ist nach ein paar Minuten im Glas verflogen. Prima.
