8:On the nose, sweet roasted wood notes like burnt sugar, caramel, coffee, leather, pastry, spicy with baking spices, slightly metallic, dried fruits like raisins and apricots, molasses is thick, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, molasses is dark with black tea, licorice, citrus fruits arise, candied fruits, vanilla, toffee, roasted nuts. 7,8:On the palate, the attack is sweet with roasted wood notes like burnt sugar, caramel, coffee, roasted nuts, leather, confectionery, maple, candy, molasses is thick, syrupy, dark with licorice, fruits are dried with raisins and apricots, cherries, grapes and orange, dried figs, marmalade like. 7,8The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, slightly sulphurous, vegetal with earthy tobacco, black tea, thick with licorice, sweet with roasted wood notes like caramel, burnt sugar, crème brûlée, chocolate, coffee, spicy with baking spices and fruits are dried, citrus.
