DBM 16 ans brut de fût 58,3° Bouteille juste ouverte. Le nez est vraiment expressif, on se retrouve direct chez DBM ! On ne sent pas les degrés, il y a du bois, des fruits confits, une légère fraîcheur (qui me fait penser à du camphre) et une grosse mélasse en trame de fond. La bouche est une explosion d’arômes, une mélasse bien grasse, de la vanille avec son lot d’épices puis un gros fruit de la passion arrive et nous agrippe le palet un bon moment. L’alcool est parfaitement intégré. C’est ultra bon ce machin 🙃 La finale suit sur les fruits tropicaux-passion, une légère amertume tirant sur le café/chocolat noir, le fût de chêne refait surface ainsi qu’une légère fraîcheur puis un léger caramel au beurre vient terminer la marche. Il y a un gros côté TDL dans ce rhum. Vive la Guadeloupe !

L'identité DBM avec de l'intensité, de la longueur. J'ai de la banane flambée, de la mandarine, du caramel, de la vanille et d'autres fruits tropicaux. Sympa d'avoir un nouveau style de "fruity molasses"
