Very nice surprise this Bally 30-year-old cuvée. On the nose, vanilla and a strong barrel influence marked by its 30 years of aging. On the palate, it’s round, with vanilla cane notes, then candied fruits, dried fruits, and citrus bring all the complexity of this beautiful 1997 vintage bottling. A finish dominated by French oak barrel and vanilla. A very good Bally to discover.
