A intriguing duality between rich pastry sweetness and vibrant raw-cane freshness. Deep, syrupy Demerara sugar, caramel, crème brûlée, and honey are layered over warm biscuits and buttery popcorn. Beneath the oak influence sits classic Casimir DNA—freshly cut grass, green olive, and crisp vegetal notes tied together by a perfumed, floral lift and tropical accents of coconut and banana. Long, spicy finish, fairly noticeable alcohol.
