A great second club rum for the 2026/27 season Nicely balanced with well-integrated alcohol. The nose immediately says Jamaica. Red fruit and slightly woody notes. On the palate, first fruity, a bit of funk, very soft glue notes, honey notes, and smooth. On a second tasting, also slightly dirty notes, a little medicinal. If you give it some time, you notice the aging in Oloroso cask with raisins, woody and dry notes, slightly nutty and bitter.

The name on the bottle is not just marketing, but the complete description in the nose as well as the flavors on the palate/on the tongue. Jamaica meets Australia and every component gets to show off its strengths. Take your time drinking it – every minute different aromas unfold. Insanely exciting & thrilling! Falk's second bottling is again a bullseye – to my knowledge, no one dared to try this before. Great! Addition: The morning after the tasting, I came into the living room – a wave of fruit compote paired with fine ester notes greeted me! That deserves an extra 0.3 points!
