This particular release has a nice light wood profile and that combined with the fruits is a good mix. Nicely rounded and oily in the palate. Just love it.

Saint James, Millésime 1982, 43% Ce flacon précieux est, à lui seul, un concentré d'histoire : tout en rancio racé et en élégance. Nez . Ultra agréable, rancio, bonbon acidulé au fruits, frais, cuir, légère pointe animale. Avec aération un peu de porto. Bouche. Fruité, doux, miel, abricots. Ultra agréable.bien cuit, un peu de gras (mais aussi un poil acqueux). Finale. Abricots, rancio, épices légère, boisé un peu plus présent.

Great nose, a little bit too woody and bitter when it comes to drink. A piece of history that would have deserved a proper situation without the hurry a festival brings with him
