Wow, never thought I'd like a rum with such low % so much ;) But it's a seriously strong one. Caramel, vanilla, and chocolate really stand out here. Gonna have another Caroni, then good night :)

Thanks to Armin for the sample! I was intrigued by the high rating this rum received. It feels like an aged Ron, without too much caramel. I get tobacco, orange zest and some wood. Overall it's a nice rum, but it doesn't really have any texture or depth.

Wow, this one is really good. Sweet but in a really nice way, not a sugarbomb. A bit of spice, woody notes and some hints of coffee and caramel. Damn good imo. And the bottle looks amazing.

I have to admit, I didn't expect much from this rum, I attributed the high rating to lovers of sweeter rums, but I was wrong. Seriously, Flor de Caña has created a pleasantly sweet and very complex piece here.

Rather dry, but maybe a bit sweetened. At first a bit thin, light chocolate, some cask and tobacco, unfortunately clear alcoholic column-style notes on the finish.
