Very nice, relaxed blend at an unbeatable price. Can also easily keep up with high-quality blends! Especially for beginners who want to gain first experience with (almost) unsweetened rums an absolute recommendation!

Color: Mahogany Aroma: Sweet, aromatic and funky. Fruity with esters and raisins. Tasty Taste: Mild, flat. Fruity, spicy-woody. As if someone has tried to sweeten something bitter. Finish: Short and watered down Wood, bitter, fermented, herbs Unpleasant Smells delicious, but doesn't taste good.
Review by Tim
Smells like a Jamaican with esters, lots of (sour) fruit and a roasted/floral touch (tobacco), but has a completely different mouthfeel! This means no dry, musty Jamaican feeling, but a sweet, fruity and mild experience. The finish is sweet and fruity, but also has roasted bitter notes reminiscent of chocolate. Very good for the price and definitely a successful blend.

I've had far worse blends so far. This one is quite acceptable.

Perfection when it comes to combining different styles. The special nuances of the different styles can be clearly tasted and together form a beautiful taste. The rum thus creates something to discover.

the Guadeloupe part comes through very nicely and harmoniously! :) Very well-rounded for the price, definitely an ideal entry-level rum to get to know many different styles at the same time with one rum! For me an absolute recommendation in the low budget range.

Very good value for money. Ideal rum for people who want to slowly switch from sugared products to unsweetened ones

Simply a successful blend, especially for "beginners", but complex enough for everyone to enjoy, unless you really only drink cask strength. But then you're missing out on a blend that you can put in front of your nose at any time, even if you don't have an affinity for rum. And you won't become poor in the process.

A wonderfully successful blend!

Somehow a bit of everything, whereby the fruit of fermented pineapple and cherries predominates in the nose and the spicy and burnt caramel comes to the fore on the palate! The finish is again dried fruit! A pleasant blend

This rum didn't appeal to me😱. Rums with high ester notes are not my cup of tea. If you would like to try a rum like this, this is a good choice. Rum Artesanal still has a few good rums in its portfolio.

Absolutely unbeatable for the price - it's often difficult to get pure enjoyment for less than €30. But this one can definitely score points.
