Very pleasant citrus woody light acidity freshness. The attack is harsh, tangerine in the finish, orange zest, saltiness that makes you salivate. Attack too strong, a shame.

A pretty good rum with a fruity touch from nose to finish. The nose is very fruity with a nice mix of spices. The palate is sweet and oily and matching the nose with some added licorice. The finish is long warm and a lightly sweet with fruits and spices.

Exquisite. Wonderfully round Bielle, where perfect sweetness (gingerbread, chocolate and subtle nougat), oak wood, spices (pepper, licorice, allspice and a hint of anise) and noble fruit notes come together. I like it very much.

An absolutely excellent rhum, it manages to be powerful yet balanced, both on the nose and palate. Very expressive, with time the aromatic complexity becomes very evident on the nose. Overall it is very satisfying, it manages to be drinkable with ease but also satisfies an experienced drinker. Allow it at least 15 minutes to express itself at its best
