the vermouth cask finish influence is mega exciting.... pure something special and unusual but makes a damn cool rum Manhattan with the matching mancino rosso vermouth 🙏🏻

Interesting experience, but in my opinion they should mature far much less time in those vermouth casks. Vermouth very dominates and character of original Don Q style fades…
