nochmal verköstigt und in Ruhe geprüft. Deutscher Rum offensichtlich kein Zucker zugesetzt. Die anfänglich alkoholische Note verfliegt und geht ins leicht fruchtige dann aber zum Homz über. Sehr rund. Im leeren Glas findet man dann noch den Geruch ausgebrannt Fässer. Für mich ist Simon's in Deutschland aktuell die beste Brennerei für Rum.
