Liquid meat. Would love to taste this after a BBQ. So much Umami. I'm a Long Pond fan and blind I would not link this to Long Pond. This isn't for everybody. Be aware! 😆

07/01/2026: tasting at home. A Long Pond bottled at a hefty 81% ABV! An absolute brutal monster! It's tasty but I wouldn't guess Long Pond when tasting blind. In terms of flavor, it's rather mild and the esters are not extreme. The ABV is impressive but probably too high to be enjoyable neat.
