Distillery Trois Rivières Distillery Martinique September 2026. There were no tours today, so you had to explore the distillery on your own, but you could still taste a few rums in the shop. Very vegetal.

👃= fresh and sweet cane, yellow fruits and floral notes. 👄 = the alcohol is present but blends harmoniously adding pepper, a bit of minerality to finish on a short smoothness.

It's a true Martinican agricole with sugarcane on the nose and palate, peppery, a slight mineral note, a bit of citrus. It remains classic and makes very good ti punchs. Very affordable price.

Very classic white agricole profile but nevertheless pleasant. Good sweetness, slight minerality. The empty glass has a lychee nose. Excellent presentation by the master blender. As they say, simple but effective.

On the nose it's simple with sugarcane, citrus, vegetal notes, butter. On the palate the citrus and sugarcane remain, wrapping with their sweetness a slightly earthy and a bit peppery finish, but very short and light. Excellent in a daiquiri.
