Profil agricole blanc très classique mais néanmoins agréable. Bonne sucrosité, légère mineralité. Le verre vide a un nez de litchi. Excellente présentation du maître de chai. Comme on dit, simple mais efficace.

Al naso è semplice con canna da zucchero, agrumi, vegetali, burro. Al palato permangono gli agrumi e la canna da zucchero che avvolge con la sua dolcezza un finale lievemente terroso e un po' pepato, ma molto corto e leggero. Ottimo in un daiquiri
