Sipped neat is the way to meet this one — it's too odd for cola. The nose is the highlight: honey, white flowers, jasmin and a bit of tropical zest, so light that several tasters said they'd never guess rum blind, more like a fortified white wine. The palate falls off, thin and muted, then the finish wakes up with roasted, medicinal, iodine notes. Divisive.

7,5:The nose of this rum is marked by notes of tropical fruit, floral, medicinal, varnish, iodine and honey.I forgot a bit as the tasting was last year, but from the start, the rum is complex and tempting and a bit unusual. Definitely, the strongest are tropical fruits and honey. 7,5:On the palate, it delivers flavors of roasted, medicinal, flowery-Jasmin, honey, and light notes....and of course green tea. 🙂 It is as tempting as on the nose is, so quite gourmand.. 6,7:The finish is medium long, with notes of green tea, honey, fruits, Jasmin that continue on. It has an overall taste that is worth a try. It makes an interesting addition to any rum collection. AND IT IS DIFFERENT.

I use this rum for making yummy rum balls. 4 chocolate muffins 1 raspberry Swiss roll 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons rum crumb or coconut flour Adjust the rum content to your likings :-)

Tres aqueu, je n’aurais pas forcément dit un rhum à l’aveugle. Meme si sans grand intérêt c’est assez interessant sur la graine de sesame grillé, plutôt fin et fleurit.
