Sacred tasting! A Fiji rum like I had never known. It’s smooth, floral, fruity, with notes of fermented cereals and tea. Top notch. Thanks Alain ROA! Edit: in a battle with Spirit Gallery and Rock & Rhum. It shows exceptional finesse.

12.01.2019 I received a huge lot of Samaroli samples from my friend in the UK, and this is the first batch I tried. Notes. Light to medium dark colour. Nose: fresh, light, fruity, light ester, light smoke, spice. Palate: thin, wood, light roasted, fruity, spicy, medium dry. Finish: medium long, thin, wood, light smoke, dried fruit.

Belle expression d’un fidjien tout en douceur Les marqueurs herbacés et céréalières sont biens présents. Le cuir et la chambre à air de vélo trouvent également leur place. Moins d’Esther que sur de gros fidjien non réduit 2001. Ce nez est séduisant. En bouche bonne attaque malgré la réduction, des argrume un peu d’Esther et des notes douces de céréales toastées. J’adore
