Review by cigares
An agricultural nose, lots of fresh vegetal notes, yellow fruits and especially apricot. Herbal sides, vanilla, dried fruits and citrus. A beautiful apricot on the first sip with other aromas from the nose afterwards, a nice young wood support. Dry herbs and fresh herbs. The finish is long on vegetal bitterness and woody tannins.

11.08.2012 A tasting i arrange with new colleagues who liked rum. This one was a bottle kill. Notes Fresh, wood, medium roasted, raisin, light caramel, faint leather, light coffee. Palate Fresh, warm, medium dry, wood, roasted, spice, light coffee, dried fruit. Finish Medium long, wood, roasted, faint leather, cinnamon, light caramel, raisin.

A very strong aroma of Agricole grass, loads of apricots and some tea. Apricot galore on the palate with some green and caramel sweetness. It ends long with dried fruits and spices,. forgetting the green notes. Awesome J.M
