What can I say, not a fan of the overpowering spice. I bought it because of all the hype and probably paid way more because of my location. I was expecting awesomeness but unfortunately this time it's just another spiced rum that's good in a mixer. Will have to revisit this one.

On the nose hazelnut and (baking) spices. On the palate, spices come to the forefront, still nutty, hazelnut and a certain sharpness, maybe ginger, especially towards the finish. Quite a unique spice variant, neither too sweet nor artificial – exciting and unusual. Drinks: - Neat: 3.5/5 - Rum Cola: 3.5/5 - Rum Mule: 4/5
