#6244 17.01.2026 Relaxing with a few rums after 50 km on the bike. Listening to some nice trance on spotify (Techno Diecovery 2026). Nose Sugarcane, agricole, light floral, light citrus, light vegetal, pineapple. Palate Round, oily, agricole, citrus, fruity, light vegetal, light berries, medium spicy, sugarcane. Finish Medium to long, oily, medium spicy, spice, sugarcane, light citrus, light floral. Empty glass Floral, light grass, light sour, sugarcane.

A very self-effacing nose on this farm. I was expecting to find a standard entry-level white from Martinique, i.e. of decent quality. Here, the nose is very effete. Cane, but not much more. The same goes for the palate, where nothing much happens. It's not bad, but too effete.

Rhum agricole, fairly neutral, like a 3R for example. But I like it as a rhum arrangé.
