West Indies Plantation Single Cask (Partizan Brewing Cask Finish) 2012
Sipped neat, this is an easy Barbados with a real quirk: alongside mango, coconut and a bit of citrus, there's a genuine beer note from the Partizan brewing-cask finish. Dark chocolate and a light woody-spice side round it out. Several tasters call it a nice entry rum, though one flags an odd chlorine hint on the nose. Fruity, balanced, a touch unusual.

Der Rum funktioniert irgendwie - schwer zu sagen, warum 😅spannend: ein bisschen Schwimmbad (Chlor) in der Nase.

Super entry-level rum for a solid PLV at the time. I think it's also great for newcomers to spirits.

That finish is really intereting. I feel roses in there
