Ideal for daiquiris

Pure quite nice. At the price you can not complain. In any case, X times better than Bacardi / Havana Club and other "cheap" white mix rums! For Daiquiri and Cuba libre if's little cost but still taste the masses goes all times absolutely clear.

What to write about a rum whose marketing text that writes here: "a touch more smoothness. So smooth, in fact, that you can substitute Cristal in a vodka drink, and most won't be able to tell the difference. "It's a rum from a time when rum was supposed to taste like vodka. It does that perfectly. It's almost invisible, yet it has a noticeable rum aroma. In a mojito with a drop of bitters, it cuts a fine figure - even if I prefer the Reserva.Still, how do you rate a rum (almost) without characteristics? At the self-set standard, he does well.

Lukasdrinkinghabits has already written the perfect review of this rum. You can certainly use it for cocktails, even if there are plenty of serious alternatives. The DonQ7 is hardly any more expensive. You can drink it neat, but it's boring.

Aromas of vanilla, caramel and molasses. Flavors of vanilla, caramel, some wood and fruit with a hint of an earthiness. Ready to try this out in a Cuba Libre or daiquiri. Probably not a sipper per say but way more approachable to sip than Bacardi Superior.

Essentially rum-flavored vodka. A bit harsh on the nose with faint apple and ginger elements. On the palate soke lemon peel joins the party. Very light, short finish. Nothing offensive (except for the alcoholic sharpness on the nose) and about what you’d expect for a young Puerto Rican.

An extremely light nose. Alcohol bite with the smallest about of lemon and green apple. Sharp. The palate has more to it than the nose but still not much to discuss. Vanilla, lemon and a sprinkle of nutmeg. A short finish. Molasses and the nutmeg from the palate. But gone in a flash. In my opinion, it's better than Bacardi Carta Blanc. But not much more can be said.
