20.07.2019 Nice private blind tasting where we put tinfoil around the bottles we brought. That ended up being a great evening. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, complex, fruity, varnish, ester, light floral, pineapple. Palate Warm, spice, wood, fruity, pineapple, faint varnish, ester, light vegetal. Finish Medium to long, wood, fruity, ester, fruits, faint chocolate.

The nose is fantastic. You come back to it willingly, it's fine, indulgent, complex. Juicy fruit galore, a bit of varnish, a ton of Jamaican esters. On the palate, it hits hard, but remains a beautiful mix of fresh fruit. Pineapple, mango, which you find again in a more discreet finish. A very good rum.
